Lizzie & Brad: East Bank Club
Lizzie compared her relationship with Brad as straight out of the John Mulaney stand up bit and I knew immediately that they were the most perfect couple to work with. We would talk endlessly at our meetings about the Duggars, childhood, and so many random topics that they would all go over my estimated time frame. Their genuine excitement for their wedding day was infectious and was beyond excited for their day!
They’re day started at the EuroStars Hotel, with a first look up stairs on the roof. When chatting with Brad while pinning their flowers, he said “I don’t want to know anything, I’m just so excited to see her and be surprised by everything.” Their first look was as heartwarming as one could think and we were off. Photos were at Milton Olive Lee Park with Chicago’s Skyline, and then they headed to the East Bank Club to do the dang thing!
They got married on the roof of the East Bank Club before their East Coast style reception. A boat tour passed as they were saying their vows and cheered. It truly felt like the whole city was cheering them on! With the smash of the glass, they were skipping down the aisle excited. Lizzie screamed off the rooftop “I just got married!” to more cheers from below. Downstairs, Lizzie and Brad insisted that friends and family get up and dance as much as they could. Safe to say, the dance floor was never empty. Cheers to these two, some of the kindest most excited souls in the whole city. Can’t wait to just be pals now!
