Full & Partial Planning Process

Each process is unique because I create a custom proposal exclusive to each couple. If you need help from day one, 6 months before the big day, or just help on narrowing down certain vendors - I will create the best options to help you leading up to your big day.

How We Start

Let’s meet for mimosas or get on the phone and talk about your biggest priorities in the wedding planning process. What vendors are you still looking for? Are you a couple months in or just engaged? Wherever you are in the process, there is an option for you. We’ll work together to make the rest of your planning process a breeze.

A styling consultation is included in all of my full and partial planning options, which means we’ll sit down and day-dream about every detail of your wedding aesthetically. From there, we’ll put together a mood board to help all your vendors visualize what you hope to see on your wedding day.

What Comes Next

Based on your needs, we’ll create a custom planning timeline. You’ll get reminders from me on what needs to get done via email, we’ll meet and talk about life (& your wedding), and I’ll accompany you on major vendor consultation meetings like walk throughs and floral styling. We’ll create a schedule that works for you and I’ll make sure we stick to it.

No two weddings are the same, but I do know that the average wedding needs 8-10 hours a week, outside of your work week, to plan. Instead of researching vendors and seeing if they’re available and in your price range and do you even like them?!…use those hours to continue living your life. Go on a date night with you partner and then sit down and pick out who you like after I did the research for you.

Your Wedding Day

1. Wake up
2. Drink your Mimosa
3. Get Married

Your wedding day will feel that easy. All of our full & partial planning options come with our Month of Coordination services. Seriously, sometimes people ask if I plan to be there on their wedding day - so to clear up the confusion now…DUH YES OF COURSE!

Since each option is exclusive to each couple, the price varies. Simply Month of Coordination starts at $2,300. The average couple will spend $4,500 with partial planning. I work hard to find an option that works best for you. I’d rather learn what you need and give you just the right amount for the right price than too much for too much money. A key part of our conversation will be what you need compared to what you’d like to spend.
